Terms of use and subscription

1. What the service is

• BetTheFarm publishes sports predictions ("tips") produced by our statistical models, with the prices available at the time of publication and a public record of how every tip has performed.
• We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold money for betting, or place bets for you. Any bet you place is between you and a bookmaker you choose.
• Tips are information, not advice. They are not tailored to your circumstances, and we do not tell anyone how much to stake.
• Our results are recorded on a level-stakes paper basis at the prices shown when each tip was published. Prices move; you may not get the same price.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
• You must only bet with money you can afford to lose and in line with the law where you are. See our responsible gambling page.
• One subscription is for one person. Do not share your login or republish tips.

3. No guarantee

Betting involves risk and most bets lose. Past performance, including anything shown on our results pages or in our advertising, does not guarantee future results. Some months will lose money. We make no promise of profit.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• The price, billing period and what is included are shown before you pay. Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We will remind you by email before each annual renewal, and before any renewal after a free or discounted period ends.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Your right to cancel (14 days)

You have 14 days from the day you first subscribe to cancel and get a refund. Because the service is digital content supplied straight away, we will ask you at checkout to agree to immediate access. If you cancel within the 14 days we will refund you, less a proportionate amount for the days you have already had access. 6. Using the content

The tips, models, ratings and site design belong to us. You may use them for your own personal betting decisions. You may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute them. Sports data and prices shown on the site are supplied by third parties under licence.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to publish tips every day but cannot promise the service will always be available or error-free, or that any particular sport or market will be covered. We may change what the service covers. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

8. Our liability

We are not responsible for any betting losses, or for decisions you make using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Closing accounts

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we have reason to believe the user is under 18 or is experiencing gambling harm, and will refund any unused period.

10. Complaints and law
